This recipe is for vegetable biryani in microwave.you can prepare it just like that. but you need to have the seasonings with you.
i usually get the seasoning done on the stove. in a frying pan put some butter and add all the seasoning like the cinnamon, jeera,cloves,basil leaves and sone chillies. after they are fried take washed basmati rice in a microwaveable bowl , add all the seasoning, mixed vegetables, roasted onions,salt,ginger garlic paste,masala powder,roasted cashews, sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top and set it away for 18 min and you can have the biryani ready to go. serve with raitha
