Today i was not feeling like carrying rice to work but was not in the mood to get it from outside either. so i just took out a packet from ramen noodles, broke it down into small pieces and added ginger garlic paste, mixed vegetables(to the quantity you desire), salt, masala, chillipowder.
Add this to a microwave box and got it. in afternoon i added enough quantity of water to it and placed it in the microwave for 6 minutes and your noodles are ready. Add lemon juice if you have it with you.
yummy tasty noodles in just 6 min. Enjoy
This is particularly usefull for people who love noodles and not in the mood for heavy lunch
